Aerzen have been manufacturing screw compressor since 1943. The VML range provides for pressures up to 3.0 bar (a). The single stage screw compressors are manufactured as air cooled units with intake volumes of 200 to 15,000 m3/hr. The dry, oil free compression provides the ideal conveying medium for all applications. Vacuum operation is also possible. All machines are rigorously tested prior to leaving the factory. Aerzen are ISO 9001 Certified

Aerzen screw compressors are available in two pressure ranges with optimized power consumption. The VM range provides pressures up to 4.5bar (a). The single stage screw compressors are manufactured as air cooled units with intake volumes of 200 to 15,000 m3/hr, The dry, oil free compression provides the ideal conveying medium for all applications. The Aerzen, Roots type, 3 lobe positive displacement blowers provide dry, oil free air. The blowers are available in 16 sizes, ranging from 30 to 15,000 m3/hr, with a differential pressure of up to 1 bar. The blower chamber has pre-inlet channels to reduce sound emissions through pulsation cancellation.

The Delta format is a compact belt driven system that incorporates inlet and outlet silencers and easily accommodates a sound enclosure. The drive is virtually maintenance free due to its unique design. The discharge silencers are free from absorbtion materials. The blower is energy efficient and therefore environmentally friendly to use. All machines are rigorously tested prior to leaving the factory and Aerzen are ISO 9001 Certified.

Bare Shaft Blower stages are currently available as two or three lobe. The three lobe delta blower data can be found in the Positive Displacement Blowers area. Bare shaft 3 lobe drawings are shown in this section.

Applications in the range of landfill- and biogas as well as natural - or town gas. 

Intake volume flows of 60 m³/h up to 2.500 m³/h and overpressures up to 1.000 mbar.

Combined conveying chamber sealing for humid landfill gas as well as Chem-Coat-coating of the rotary pistons and the conveying chamber as special corrosion protection. An explosion, pressure shock resistance of 12 bar provides a safety conscious construction

Customized adaptations are possible without high additional expenditure, such as by-passass operation with overflow controller for keeping the discharge pressure constant, presssure   e protection via limiting valve, by-pass with start-up unloading device, shut-off device   s, instrumentation and protection.
