Transport and Storage

Blackmer pumps, compressors, and pneumatic compressors are widely used to load, transport, unload, and meter petroleum, chemicals, crude oil, food grade liquids and dry bulk, gases, lube oils, jet & diesel fuels, propane, gasoline, and a wide variety of non-food grade dry bulk products.

Actaris Mechanical flow meters and Mass Flow Meters are also used widely in the transport industry. We also offer FPP Meters for various applications from metering, lube oil to diesel and petroleum.

The Aerzen Blowers are suitable to load / unload a wide variety of non-food grade dry bulk products, both in a vacuum or positive displacement application.

Sliding Vane Pumps

These pumps have a number of vanes that are free to slide into or out of slots in the pump rotor. When the pump driver turns the rotor, centrifugal force, push rods and/or pressurized fluid causes the vanes to move outward in their slots and bear against the inner bore of the pump casing forming pumping chambers. As the rotor revolves, fluid flows into the area between the vanes when they pass the suction port. This fluid is transported around the casing until it reaches the pump discharge point. At this point the fluid is squeezed out into the discharge piping.

Stealth Meters

FPP Stealth Meters are available from 1" to 3" with flow rates from 150 LPM to 760 LPM.

Actaris Neptune Fuel Meters

Actaris Neptune Refined Fuel Meters are available for Petroleum and LPG requirements. For Petroleum Meters, flow rates are from 18 LPM to 800 LPM. For LPG Meters, flow rates are 13 LPM to 450 LPM. Accessories are available for these products.

Bare Shaft Blower

Bare Shaft Blower stages are currently available as two or three lobe. The three lobe delta blower data can be found in the Positive Displacement Blowers area. Bare shaft 3 lobe drawings are shown in this section.
